Who we are

What is Cherries & Grapes?
Cherries & Grapes is an online marketplace for food, wine, and Michigan specialty products. We provide an online “shopping mall” that enables customers to purchase their favorite products from the comfort of their own home.

Are we buying the products from Cherries & Grapes?
No. We’d prefer to focus our time on creating a memorable shopping experience. All sales are between the customer and shop.

How it works

Does it cost anything to register with Cherries & Grapes?
No, it is absolutely free to join. Signing up on C&G automatically makes you a member and will allow you enjoy access to all C&G online shopping and promotions.

How do I purchase goods on this website?
We like to think that we’ve made the process very straight-forward. You add the products to your cart and upon checkout, the order is submitted to the shop for fulfillment/shipping. Products requiring age verification will be checked via a 3rd party age verification company. You will receive an email containing a receipt and tracking number(s) for your purchase(s).

Can I order products from multiple stores in a single purchase?
Yes! Add them all to your shopping cart and check out. Your order will be parsed to the multiple stores for fulfillment and shipping. You’ll receive an itemized receipt via email that will list your products along with the tracking numbers associated with them.

Does C&G keep your credit card information?
No. We take information security and privacy very seriously and have, as a result, elected not to store any credit card info. Too many large companies with big budgets have failed trying to protect it, so we figure it isn’t worth the risk.

Does Cherries & Grapes provide warranties on products sold?
No. Any issues involving quality or shipping are handled between the customer and store. Store contact information can be found in the store’s “contact us” page.

Payment

What payment options do I have?
We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa. All payment methods require an U.S. billing address.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, we accept credit card payments through a secure online card processing service which is PCI-compliant. We encrypt your entire transaction and do not store credit card information.

When do you charge my credit card?
We charge your credit card once you’ve confirmed your order. Refunds will be processed, directly by the store, in five business days 0f resolved claim.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?
It varies by store. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact the store via their “Contact Us” page in their online store.

How long does it take to see a refund reflected in my account?
Once your item issue is processed, it will usually take 48 hours for a credit to appear in your account.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive a shipment?
Delivery timelines can vary based on distance and availability . Our goal is to ship your purchase within one to two business days of ordering. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order.

Does C&G ship outside the United States?
At the moment, we are only shipping within the US. Some orders, such as wine, have additional state-level restrictions. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped. If you've purchased items from more than one shop, you will receive individual shipment confirmations and tracking numbers from each shop/ shipment of items. For your security reasons, only a sales record of your transaction is kept on C&G; yourcredit card details are not held on the site. Please visit your Account to see the status of your order before it has shipped.

What does it cost to ship?
Shipping charges vary depending on the item being shipped based on the shipment weight, distance and speed. This is calculated automatically for you during the checkpoint process.

Is a signature required for delivery?
It depends. Deliveries containing alcohol (e.g. wine) require a signature to ensure proper age verification.
